We Are the Best

We do not believe you will find a team with greater diversified software engineering experience and technical depth than is offered by us. WSA’s principles have a minimum of 20 years experience developing and managing critical software projects in telecommunications, defense, aerospace, nuclear energy, and e-commerce. Most of WSA’s team members have direct experience working in regulated environments with high certification processes.

In addition, to their practical experience, our principles are respected thought leaders in the industry and play a significant role in shaping and advancing the software engineering discipline.

We Are Focused

WSA is a software process engineering consulting company and not a full spectrum consulting company. Our motto is our focus “winning with agile…for everyone” and we do this by providing expert consulting, training, and mentoring services to develop your team. We are not an outsource company, nor are we a body shop.

Our focus is on providing expert consulting services to grow your staff. We will not be providing contract developers or QA staff to embed with your team. We do not believe this brings any added value to the software process engineering consulting process. If you require development and QA staff, we can introduce you to good people.

We are well connected in both the local and international software engineering community. Despite our small size, we have the ability to draw on whatever resources are necessary to support your organization. For example, while we are not an outsource software development house, we are well connected with organizations that engaged in outsourcing.

The Chinese proverb “Give a man a fish and you will feed him for a day. Teach a man to fish and he will eat for a lifetime” summarizes our consulting approach. WSA firmly believes the best people to lead a process improvement effort are your own staff. Therefore our work style is focused on training and mentoring your staff to become those leaders and provide the on-going support they may require until their confidence builds.
