Overview

What We Do
It is difficult to break our services into categories beyond training and consulting, but consulting is such an overloaded word we want to clarify what we consider consulting and provide you a better idea of our services:

Training An instructor leads a course, workshop, or seminar with the intention of achieving a specific set of learning objectives.
Consulting Consulting assesses where the organization is today, and creates a strategy and a plan for how it must transform to meet new and upcoming challenges.
Coaching Provides experienced guidance and support for a team or organization engaging in a change or transition process.
Professional Development
Similar in objective to coaching, but WSA staff actively participate in the project

What We Do Not Do

While we provide professional development and temporary staffing services we are not a general staffing agency. We will help our clients staff the projects we are involved with, but we are not a recruiting or placement house. Finally, while we work with outsourcing and off-shore teams, we are not an outsource software development house.
