Recovering from a near death experience this company engaged WSA to discover what it needed to re-energize and re-assure its shaken development group. Three consultants from WSA performed an assessment of the company, interviewing staff, and observing day-to-day operations. Everyone was sure they knew what the problem was, but when the individual stories were collectively analyzed we soon discovered where the problems really laid.
